To be fair, this is the point of dogwhistles: it looks innocent if you don't know what they really mean. And in this case, whenever a chud rants about "wealthy elite bankers," they mean "the Jews." I think there is also class/income correlation, even if this is just speculation on how people look to me. And many immigrants fit in the lowest income tier. But this is anecdotal, it's a pretty complex matter overall as muslims/immigrants/ethnic minorities etc. are not a homogenous group. One thing I'm willing to swear on is that alcoholics don't wear masks or care about social distancing. Again an anecdote: a friend's friend was spat on her face at the cash register because she asked the drunkard behind her to not breathe on her neck.
