I just want to throw in my $0.02 that I'm enjoying the Circus Windows story. It doesn't all have to be pixies and wendigos, sometimes it can just be weird clowns and advertisements.

I'm also liking Circus Windows so far. It's definitely slow-going and the art isn't that great but the banter is fun and it does feel like it's building up a plot in the background. Is this coming out regularly or was it a graphic novel or something? Also, I haven't seen anyone talking about Gay and Her Gang recently but it's also an excellent strip. For a basically storyless comic with a basic plot of 'rich unemployed 20somethings dunking on each other' it's genuinely witty and funny most of the time, and the font is gorgeous.

Selachian posted:Double Collins Twelve by Pies posted:B Kliban is mostly completely incomprehensible to me but I got a good laugh out of this one. So, when I first started posting these I browsed through what gocomics had to offer and found that after a certain point the strips were repeating. I wasn't certain where this was going to start but I think I've run into it; between these two strips was a repeat of the "American revelation" strip. I think this second one hasn't been posted yet but from here on out it's going to be a battle with my memory to see what's new. Eventually it's going to be all repeats though so I'm not sure how much we have left. Enjoy! B Kliban

It's currently running Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at this website. I was actually hesitant to post it at first since it's not technically a newspaper comic, but I figured fans of Bad Machinery might want to see the further exploits of Lottie and Mildred.

Didn't the cousin wave a wad of cash before she ran down whatherface? Where was that supposed to come from? Does the restaurant just leave all their cash sitting out overnight in an unlocked register? Does the cousin just carry cash around in case she needs to make a point before attempting murder?

If a friend of mine kept complaining about her toxic workplace and its abusive working conditions, the last thing I'd want to do is accept their invitation to work for said company. Dethany's an awful friend for wanting to inflict this on Patricia. I don't get why the redhead mom's complaining about the kids showing an interest in her work. She's the one who signed up her husband and kid to a TV deal without their consent, you'd think she'd be happier at the thought of making more TV show deals. catlord posted:Axa oh no, yet another boyfriend of axa is an awful monster. What really sucks is that Axa almost had some agency in wanting to fight the giant lobsters to eat them, but it swerves into this piracy storyline where she's a sexy lamp commenting on everything happening. Whoever said this was just another way for Bernice to stoke her ego was right. She's way too eager to volunteer herself to talk with the authorities.

I think she thinks this is just how offices are. She's still a bad friend, though.
