Yeah, basically being the unaccountable (due to lack of transparency) group of insiders is not any better than unaccountable outsiders. Because then you form an ingroup of former community members through the ability to utilize force. The experimental description is more of a comment on the Nixon admin’s FDA but the all important legal box was ticked.
