I googled it, and it's actually some good and necessary discourse about the male gaze/objectification of women in fantasy art (most ridiculously exemplified by the common trope of giving reptile characters big tiddies). Way more positive than you'd expect from the name "tiddygate2021". Obviously reddit is reddit so I'm sure there were lots and lots of trolls and gross people too, but overall it seems like that community, at least, is moving toward the conclusion that not every fantasy character who's female needs to have giant tits.
