tl;dr weird smash manifesto guy befriended me to better stalk my sister, it came to a head at a cosplay event where I basically had to bodyguard my sister and contact event security, smash tournament organizers, and personally threaten him and he still got dangerously close to trying something stupid.

Also for people who don't really understand the context of hax being mad, as someone very knowledgeable on the people involved and the scene, yes - he is literally upset at one of his posting enemies surviving this long and this is his final gambit to eliminate them basically.
