So Goldberg is their current go-to old man they are trying to book to get a nostalgia pop. Who else can they use for this purpose? Who can they go to next? Not counting Edge, who is also still apparently hanging around. Also, what are they going to do when can't do nostalgia pops? Coz the whole point of them is that you have to wait a while for people to miss the old wrestler, before you bring them back to cheers. And to use Goldberg as an example, they have already used him as a nostalgia pop multiple times before, and the last time wasn't even that long ago. Who is beloved enough from that era, or any past era still willing to deal with WWE/get in the ring?

the hell is going on with that atlanta show there's events a couple weeks before and a couple weeks after, feel like this has to be something wwe-specific? unless the arena's trying to cancel a lot of stuff and wwe were just the first to pick up the phone (maybe to prevent having to process all the refunds after the general on-sale)?

Heard the news the delta variant is running wild in the southern US among non Vaxxed too. Surprised if we don’t see more q or trmpf gear in live audiences. The solution is a bit simple really: they book smaller venues less often. It would be easier on the staff and contractors but we know Vince and company’s ego would never lower themselves that far so… mostly empty stadiums it is.
