We need more of the hard-hitting questions Pat Sajak asks in the contestant interviews. Like if they're married, and how many kids they have.

My #1 story was about how i left my credit card in a drive-thru and didn't realize it until i went through that same drive-thru the next day. It went downhill from there. I had a pretty great story for my recent WOF audition: I only started watching Wheel after I got crushed on J! and saw the big mural of Pat and Vanna at the studio next door, decided that WOF was more fun and decided to go out for that instead.

I like watching the story segments because they are either very interesting or completely cringe. I love to hate when the story goes wayyyy too long and is really boring. To me, it's a feature, not a bug. Also, goon person who's wife was on recently: She loving outed pirating jeopardy videos. wtf? (for real, though, she seemed really cool) edit: also, furry guy a while back was kind of awesome. Alex even asked, "what the gently caress is that hand thing you do?" I'm not into furry stuff but they're pretty leftist as a demographic as far as I can tell from other news media so I'll take an ally where I can. The kind of person who has the will and ability to pirate Jeopardy episodes is a superfan and probably buys merch and talks about the show all the time. The syndicated nature of the program doesn't jive with the go go hustler influencer attitude of that modern Jeopardy! enthusiast. They need to be able to watch today's episode as soon as possible, without interruption. Or, sometimes, they need to be able to ignore Jeopardy for a few days and catch up on the weekend. They don't have the time or energy to figure out at what time and on what channel the show is airing while staying in a hotel in a strange city. They need to be secure in the knowledge that, even if their local affiliate decides to pre-empt the show for sports or local news, they will never miss a single clue, gaffed judging decision, or idiotic wager.

No, and jeopardy likely will stay that was because I assume they make a killing in syndication rights. But they’ll gladly send a contestant a copy of their episode for the low low price of $200. We said lol we’ll pass and just got a pirated copy.

It was nice to watch J! at 6 here in New York on WLIG/WLNY until a CBS exec convinced them to buy the station so he could gain access to a country club in the Hamptons. He got fired earlier this year for being a sex pest too.
