Gronk is available on waivers in my league. Do I… need to put a bid on Gronk? What year is it?

With Gus Edwards going out my rbs were looking real thin. I managed to trade Kelce, Robbie Anderson, and AJ Dillon for Chris Carson, DK Metcalf, and Dallas Goedert. All in all I don't think it was a terrible trade. Goedert is serviceable for a te spot at the very least and with Stefon Diggs, Allen Robinson II, and DK Metcalf is easily the best wr group in the league.

WTF Sleeper had all of my draft picks in the right starting positions except CeeDee Lamb, my third pick, was put on the bench for some reason and I didn't notice so I missed his points. Why would every player be in the right spot except one?

It's funny, was arguing with a friend tonight about if he should start Zeke, he gave me all these stats about how good TB's D is against the run, and I gave him the usual platitudes about "don't sit your studs", "you drafted him in the first round for a reason" blah blah blah.

Oops. :D

Ummm it’s your job to set your lineup friend. Don’t blame it on the platform.

Also lol if you haven’t looked at your lineup 250 times since the draft.

Ty’Son is the guy. Murray is a backup who may or may not have any value this year.

How much FAAB would y’all spend on Latavius Murray in a dynasty league? Some dude dropped him literally the day before the news dropped (so, Wednesday). Benches are already pretty deep in dynasty (16 BN in this particular non-goon league), so it’s not as if this kind of opportunity comes up often.

I’m almost thinking I should go all-in. I’m not contending this year anyway, just picking up future draft picks.

Yeah, I mean I have no faith in Wayne Gallman, but I don't think Mike Davis is really that much better, so he seems as good a lottery ticket as any. I went for WRs in my draft and Gus going down has hosed me--Rojo going to cost me week 1.

I think I'm gonna drop Rondale Moore. I still have Adams, Mclauren, Julio, Davis, and Calloway ahead of him. I think I just need to hoard waiver RBs until a serviceable RB2 emerges. And pray Gibson lives up to his rb1 potential, lol

You can pretty much guarantee he won't be a bell cow. I doubt the ravens know who their lead back will be out of this group past the first three weeks.

But, they've correctly surmised if you're making a backfield out of old Rbs, you better have a lot of them.

Yeah, the Ravens tend to do a RBBC. Originally it was going to be Dobbins/Gus and after Dobbins went down Gus/Williams.

I like Murray the best of all the old guys added but my guess is we end up with some kind of Williams/Murray split with Bell sprinkled in.

Then keep in mind that Williams probably has the lead of all the RBs right now. He's the only one that knows the playbook and the coaches know.

I’m not exactly looking for a bellcow, nor am I under any assumption he would be. He’d be someone I can flip to someone else for a future draft pick if the gamble pays off and he has a couple of good weeks.

Thanks for the feedback, y’all. I will take it under consideration.

Also I kind of suspect that Latavius Murray secretly sucks and won't beat out Williams or Bell.

In my 10 man league I impulsively dropped my last draft pick bench warmer, Jarvis Landry, for Murray once the news broke. That may or may not have been a mistake.

Drafted Gus Bus in my other 14 man league and had to do something similar (Williams was already gone).

TEs went off the board faster than anticipated and runs happened such that I couldn't grab any, should've gone Kelce in first in hindsight but was my first draft back and I thought I could wait for second round. Irv Smith Jr. is on IR, have a $1 waiver bid to pick up Murray. Wondering if I should get another TE or wait to see if any emerge, current options are: Blake Jarwin, Juwan Johnson, Tyler Conklin, and Dawson Knox.
