I was at a memorial party in Middle Temple in London for a qc who was a longtime friend of my mam last night. One of the guests who is about my age is a producer at GB news and he said it's as bad behind the scenes as you would expect. Said the entire team he's been on except for him has been sacked with no notice or reason given twice and he has no idea why he survived lol

which, according to some reports given the original disciplinary was sent at 0100 and with a bunch of obvious factual errors like claiming the offenses happened on facebook really gives me a lot of confidence as to how the party is being managed behind the scenes. literally all happened the microsecond there was positive polling too, which is interesting.
