Imagine being a fan of a team so dumb they give a quarter of their salary cap to a running back and then hand him the ball 5% of the snaps. How embarrassing.

Ricky Williams was objectively the right choice.

It’s dumb to hand anyone the ball against the best rushing defense in the league.

When you find an NFL game that has zero mistakes from any player, head coach and coordinator on a given team, and zero impact from the randomness of playing 60 minutes of football, then I guess I will raise the bar as to what we should expect from a franchise on any given sunday.

Until then, I don't know how you can establish a basis of expectation for what you should get out of a particular unit or decision maker on a team, other than whether they performed well relative to league average.

When you do the latter, it's not possible to conclude Dak lost them that game, and theres no reason to make ridiculous claims about individual plays, like:

Dak got outplayed by Brady which isn’t a crime I guess since Brady is a miracle. No one expects Dallas to win the super bowl or anything so it’s fine .

If you look at Justin Herbert's 2020 season and think, "oh yeah, that's a six and nine quarterback who got all the help he needed from his defense and the rest of his team."
Then you're unreasonable.

You don't have to make it so obvious that you don't understand football.

imagine thinking that swapping Dak and Brady doesn’t lead to a different outcome lol. Dallas probably wins by 2 scores with Brady. if you just put a second Brady on Dallas, the Cowboys win

defense generated three turnovers and held the Buccs to 24~27 (the pick setting up a drive inside the redzone doesn’t fully count) that’s enough to win imo

nah Dak is top ten definitely, probably top eight. I’d be happy with him on the Eagles tbh

Turnovers aren’t a great example of good defense.

The packers D picked off Brady four times and they were not impressive in that game. Brady just melted down for no real reason

No it makes sense from both sides. Player gets guaranteed money before “proving” himself and the team gets a discount but the down risk of him flaming out this year or whatever
