Actually, those are from the same issue I posted about earlier, "Mighty Marvel Holiday Special: Halloween with the Rhino Infinity Comic". Written by Ryan North.
The Infinity Comics are specifically designed to be read on mobile devices and they're available on Marvel Unlimited.

I hate dislike that they're calling these Infinity Comics. They had Infinity Comics before and those took advantage of the comiXology reader to do fades in between page turns, so you ended up with the same image and text appears and characters move within that image as you read it. X-Men 99 was in that format. I think they're on MU now, too.

These are just infinite scroll like what Webtoons does.

If it's not a full on counter move, it's definitely a product of the same mentality that's gotten Archie and DC in bed with Webtoon.

To be fair, he lives in a world where angels, demons, magic, telepathy, and precognition are all verifiably real.

The tools of a hero mean nothing without a solid core.

Personally I'd have said "it's time for ol' softie philanthropist Bruce Wayne to talk to that guy and get more details before Batman blindly searches an entire tower." Even insane rambling about screams from beneath the soil would narrow it down.

Gotham has a certain style of architect.

In fact it only has the one.

It's a building they're calling Arkham Tower and it's in Gotham City. The best case scenario is the building is infested with Cthulhus.

Isn’t there a Vegas type planet in the Vega system or something? Mark Waid used it a couple times in JLA: Heaven’s Ladder and Brave and the Bold with Supergirl and Lobo.

Show-ha Shoten!

It's a new series by mangaka Takeshi Obata of Death Note, Hikaru No Go, and Bakuman fame.
He's teamed up with author Akinari Asakura who does the script.

It's about kids trying to become a famous Manzai comedians.
It's good.
