I feel like there are a lot of episodes that follow the format: Bill has something good going, then blows it, then manages to sort of bounce back. So if you stop at like 10 minutes in there are a lot of episodes where Bill wins.

Not evidence of him actually understanding Laotian. I might be wrong though!
