Can’t you get the 4 door version? It’s really too bad they stopped making the wagon version too.

They make the Charger (4 door), Challenger (2 door) and Durango (3 row SUV) in trims with a basic v6 all the way up to a supercharged 6.2L v8 with 700+ HP.

The SRT Hellcat Durango is pretty amazing if you're into that sort of thing. But yeah you can get a 4 door family sedan that goes 0-60 in under 4 seconds.

Tesla far from being the only game in town. Lots of good options out now or in the next 12 months.

I'll happily recommend a Prius Prime to anyone. With the 2017 and later versions the battery range is up to about 20mi full electric. For me this means my entire daily commute and back are electric and I can charge it at home.

Once you're off electric you're running at around 50mpg. Right now my average MPG since I got the car in June is 118mpg.

Pretty good if you can get it. They aren't even too overpriced or anything and they are comfortable for even larger people. I am 6' and have no issues at all with head / leg room.

Our next car will be electric so I'm following the market (it will absolutely not be a Tesla). But the reason our next car will be electric is 95% of our car drives are just within the city and usually pretty short. Which also means our current gas cars will last till we die of old age at this rate. So basically our next car is electric, if we ever are able to justify buying a new car.

Electric bikes are really benefitting from all the investment in battery tech, too. For less than 10% of the price of an electric car it's easy to get a comfortable (read: not arriving as a sweaty mess) 40-50 mi of range.

This poo poo's crazy. It was news to me.

Oh and the cops are too drat lazy to do anything about it, and even if they did, apparently the level of punishment for these crimes is so low that there's basically zero deterrent.

I guess if you're wondering what to get someone for Christmas, you can always do a smash and grab at a local store. No worries about 2 day shipping!

+1. If you're fortunate enough to live in one of the places in America where biking for errands or a commute is possible, it's really one of the biggest personal decisions you can make to decrease your environmental impact, even relative to an electric car. Families biking with kids on the back or in the cargo area is also adorable.

Not sure where the park away from building and other cars came from, but it wasn’t in the material GM sent me.

Justice got very lucky that 1) the cameraman was showing his snuff porn to anyone who would like to see it, 2) the DA was being a real piece of poo poo at the crime scene because her son knew the racists, and 3) someone in the DA's office / police department leaked the video out.

I'm inclined to agree. Probably would've been a "they said, he said" kind of case without the video - or they would've made up enough garbage to get an acquittal or make a non-racist DA think about not filing.

Also, the Feds are still involved here too - the murderers/cameraman still face federal charges. It's speculated that they'll plead out to the federal charges so they can stay in federal prison forever over state prison.
