one thing i rarely see pointed out is that even if you think WWE is great, actually going to the live shows is a miserable experience because so much of the focus is on the TV presentation and the show itself is a sitcom that takes place in a wrestling company you miss out on like 80% of the show by watching it in person and might as well just stay home and watch on TV

I felt like at AEW you're waiting like, 4 minutes tops for action to resume. At Raw or Smackdown you could go half an hour without seeing anything, all while being shown commercials for Cricket Wireless

In the in-between, Stephanie came out to do a crying promo about her dead father that got huge boos. It was especially criticized because Sherri Martel just died a few days before this.

Better than that! It was cancelled cause of Chris Benoit killing his wife, child, and himself, so that Vince could break character and honor not just the man but the wrestler, as he truly deserved

You could be right, but I always thought the Benoit tribute show was the week after the limo explosion, but I don't care enough to go look.
