Trip report: Got to the Impfzentrum, was admitted, showed up at the booth for my Unterlagen, friendly lady at the booth was unsure how to proceed with me as I'm in the cult of Johnson and already had my "Auffrischimpfung" to optimier the lovely Grundimmunisierung, so she calls a supervisor. Supervisor shows up, they're both a bit unsure on how to proceed (which surprised me a hell of a lot, as I assumed I couldn't have been the first one with Johnson & Johnson looking for a booster after their "supplemental shot") but told me they understood why I had shown up and agreed with my reasoning (announcement by the government that we need to boostershot as many people as soon as possible, and the recommendation by my Hausarzt to get it), but told me they simply didn't have any standing procedure for cases like me (again, a bit surprising). So the supervisor calls the Impfzentrum Leiter (in?) for guidance and the verdict eventually is "fine by us, process the guy, give him his paperwork, and let the doctor make the call since we literally can't decide policy on this). I go through, get escorted to the Impfkabine by the supervisor, we explain the situation to the Ärztin inside, she's immediately like "uh, we can't give another mRNA shot until 6 months after the last shot, but I understand the situation, let me consult with a colleague". They grab another Arzt (it seemed to me like he was the "Platzhirsch" for advice since he was extremely knowledgeable on current standing policy), and he immediately apologizes to me for the situation I'm in, because he's aware what he's about to tell me is going to suck. He tells me the second shot of mRNA on top of the lovely J&J Erstimpfung is actually considered "the booster" and not a "Vervollständigung der Grundimmunisierung" and that he's aware of the Widerspruch, but that's what current policy is. He lets me know that, under current standing procedure, I'd be eligible for a booster in April, possibly February/March if someone drücks zu an eye. He goes on to reassure me that I need not be concerned, because with the mRNA Auffrischung to J&J, I have the full Impfschutz, at which point I bring up the same point I talked about with the booth lady and her supervisor, namely Omicron. He sighs real hard in a disappointed/embarrassed way, and says this is why he apologized to me initially for getting J&J. He then points out something that hadn't occurred to me, namely that as a J&J Erstimpfling, I'm in the lovely situation that I will still be subject to PCR-testpflicht under any 2G+ restrictions that are in effect (either in country, or when travelling to, say, Austria). This confused me a bit, but I wasn't aware that apparently people with a booster will be exempt from the Testpflicht soon. While everyone that received a non-J&J Impfschutz can essentially get a booster at their leisure to free themselves from the Testpflicht, J&J-peons are hard-locked by the fact that the Stiko didn't issue an Empfehlung for the mRNA Auffrischung until October, not making them eligible for a booster shot until April. At the very end, he took me to the side and said that the Stiko doesn't get to tell doctors when to impf which licensed Impfstoff to whom, and told me that if I really want the booster, I could get it via my Hausarzt. Alas, my Hausarzt does not impf. My ancillary worry is that just grabbing an Impfshot with the "lol I lost my Impfpass"-strategy, it may not "show up properly" as a booster in my CovPass App? Eh, lot's of  in frustration, the whole thing ironically took less than 20 minutes, I'm opening a beer now

When I called my local Impfzentrum, they told me that they’d booster me at close to 5 months after my second shot (i.e. a few days until 5 months), but not at 4.5 months, which is where I’m at. However, my company had a booster-Aktion on Friday, and at around 3 pm, they sent a Rundmail that they had some doses left. The Betriebsarzt had no issue giving me the shot, so now I’m at 3/3 as well. e: Ugh, Duzzy Funlop, that sucks

Yeah, that really sucks. The one upside to being subject to Testpflicht under 2G+, unlike boostered people, who are exempt, is that exempting them is yet another loving terrible idea, and so not participating in the terrible idea (without choice, but you know) is actually good

Biggest problem here is that you probably were showing your Impfausweis around today and so are now registered there as having one. Apart from that you can just go get it pretending you don't have it / lost it have not had any Impfung. And then 2 day later go "LOL found it", trag my booster ein. (At that point someone would obviously see that you lied).

Do you only have the option of your Hausarzt as the alternative? Because many people don't go to the Arzt that often and might not even have a dedicated one, just consider yourself one of them for a bit. I know that my Hausarzt just impfs people left and right, he doesn't care if you're his patient. There must be Ärzte like that where you live who just blast that poo poo into you, as per the recommendation of the Impfzentrum people. If you're desperate and/or just want to avoid having to test all the time, maybe call around a few Praxen. If you find one like mine, they'd be more than happy to process anyone who's impfwillig, and won't consider you a bother.

I got my booster shot at a local Privatklinik which will Impf any pleb on sundays. I wasn’t eligible yet as my 2nd shot was less than 5 months ago, but they told me anything over 3 months is not an issue, which means they can abrechen it I suppose. Walked out with a BioNTech booster. So check for Privatärzte looking to stuff their Pockets in your area.

I know Impfpassfälschung is illegal or something, but is lying about Impfstatus to erschleich an Impfung illegal? Like if you get that booster as a fake erstimpfung then immediately whip out the impfpass and ask them to put the sticker in, what are they gonna do, suck it out again?

My EU corona certificate says 1 of 1 J&J and 2 of 2 Moderna, so I'm guessing that counts as vaccination, "supplemental vaccination" and booster, respectively. So I should perhaps be ok for 2G+, maybe? That may or may not be the number of actual shots I've gotten, but the certificate doesn't lie.

I'm guessing that the question is moot given that you'll always provide your impfzertifikat in some written form (qr code, paper card). So, lying there would always involve some kind of forgery? Regarding boosteren in NRW: not all of the Impfzentrums that I saw require a specific address range, as in they don't mention anything other than that you should reside in Germany. I'll report back tomorrow.

According to the Stiko and what the doc at the Impfzentrum told me today, you "already got your booster", and will "in der Regel" be eligible for an actual booster 6 months after your "last" booster.

Duzzy go to an Arztpraxis that does Impfungen with Termin 15min before the end of the Impfzeit and ask them if they have something left from people who ghosted their Termin, I got a booster at 4,5mo and they asked me to schick vorbei anyone else who wanted one. Like the Arzt hemmed and hawed a bit in my case but did it. You have like a 50:50 shot based on the Arzt.

 just had my first "what about that cancer inducing 5G, eh? And those cancer satellites from Musk?" out of (literally) nowhere when trying to talk someone into getting geimpft. Ich bin so müde. e: I'm not a big fan of starlink, and I don't need 5G though I understand what problems it solves especially in regard to IoT....but come on. This is all by the playbook.

I used to think 5g was pretty harmless but now it seems that it might be genuinely correlated with increased cancer rates due to people wearing these radioactive 5g blockers and irradiating their balls into radscorpions. Scientists and studies never predicted this, how can we trust them?

last night I came back from visiting my partners family in the evening and in the S-Bahn station I saw a blind man struggling with the construction going on. We wanted to help him but before I got there some other nice dude helped him down the stairs and to the bus. When we entered the bus, the blind man refused to wear a mask and started shouting obscenities like "Ihr habt nur Scheiße und Beton im Kopf!
