LOL that Valentine RADAR Detector and the shifter length. Speaking of RADAR: 1959 Cadillac Cyclone quote:See those two black cones where the 1959 Cadillac Cyclone’s headlights should be? Those are the radars for the car’s crash-avoidance system, a technology you might recognize as today’s adaptive cruise control. If the car sensed an approaching object, it would set of a series of warning lights and a high-pitched beep, and car could even automatically apply the brakes.

I guess he liked the look of it??? That's a proper tow pig (or would be with a 7.3 in it). They actually ride nice once you load them up, which is what they were made for. You can also back your trailer in somewhere without backing around something the size of the entire state of Delaware because the wheelbase isn't stupid long like with the quad cab ones. The shifter throw........that's just leftover 70s ford that was still very much of the time that thing was made. I grew up with that poo poo so I find it quaint. You can adjust the radio in 3rd with your hand still resting on the shifter knob.

Trucks are meant for workin'! Not haulin microdicks, fat wives, and commuting to middle management jobs. more heavy duty goodness.

He could have easily gotten away with a sedan with the amount of hauling he did. Now he's got a brand new crew cab super duty and it's like trying to dd a uhaul box truck.

Yesterday was winter tire day. I didn't do a great job masking the Wheels of Teal for the pickup. I'm sure the paint will fall off the rubber with some driving and a trip or two through a car wash.
