it's been very nice in the big flat middle part of the US no canes, quakes settling down (i think they ran out of gas to fracture out), tornado alley moved a few hundred miles east- wildfires on the prairie but everyone who has ever built anything here knows those are coming now and again, ordinary amounts of cold so far this winter with balmy days like today If this keeps up I have a feeling that property value is gonna rocket around here
