I finished Odd Taxi as expected, it wasn't particularly my vibe, but I liked it well enough. I was all ready to post how it was a show that I'd watch and then instantly forget but I think the last episode will actually stick with me for a while

You definitely have. Even if it was just a little I think adtrw did get better under your modship. Julias was a great mod too, but the past couple months there's been a more "improved" feeling to the sub, but that's just me.

next up for me is Cross Ange, which nobody said would be particularly good and I think was recommended as a joke, but the blurb on wikipedia spoke to me so I'm going out on a limb for it

I’ve told my irl friends about cross ange and that it’s good. I don’t think they’ll try to watch it though because even though they liked the gundam comp movies they didn’t want to watch the series and I don’t think they watch anime that often so oh well.
