The biggest thing is that it's going to be four episodes, so some stuff will have to be cut. But the first half of the series is essentially an anthology, so it probably won't hurt too much.

On the plus side it ended up being a perfect fit, so the trip was actually kinda worth it in the end. What was this name of a mecha anime from maybe around 20 years ago that was pretty popular, the love story is talked about a lot, and it had a very unpopular sequel a few years back? I heard it talked about a lot when I got into Gundam and people suggested it as another mecha anime to look into but I never did.

lmao that the muv luv mobile game came out, had assloads of server trouble and piss poor performance, stored user data client side so you could just reroll and combine the data with what SSRs you wanted and now they've pulled a NIS and taken the game down for at least a month
