There is a guy who goes to the car shows around here in a 6 figure C3. 10/72 blower into a 572 BBC with full custom wheels, paint interior, 6 speed manual, billet ford 9”. It is spectacular but you have to wonder if the old guy can really drive it. Will get pics next time I see it.

I believe imagined is talking about the rental company having liability insurance to pay for the damages done to the parked car. The person who has the parked car should also have insurance coverage for that. It's gonna be the standard multiple insurance companies suing each other.

Early chrome-bumper C3s are alright, but then again I've never been much of a Vette guy. I'd say the one we're discussing here could use more rubber, though. I mean good for that dude for making custom wheels, but they're probably an inch too big.

C3s in general have definitely grown on me, but those wheels and tires just don't work... but I also think 3/4 of the people I see driving around with aftermarket rims/tires look horrific. But people like different things so  Hell, I have a 996

That Corvette is awesome. The wheels are awesome. C3s look awesome, but, sadly, most of them don't have the performance to back up the looks. The interior of the Vette looks great too.
