In my recommendations today is an odd Cyberpunk necklace. None of them have a description (across multiple listings) and I’m not smart enough to tell what it does from looking at it. It looks like a 3.5mm headphone jack and a usb so maybe it plays music? Maybe it just plays a voice saying that over and over? Lee Child is the pen name of the guy who writes Jack Reacher but searching for that phrase just brings up some Chinese meme style pages. Maybe a I want one?

Without a better look at the number on the chip it's hard to identify, but I would guess that ^^

Might just be "we have a million of these sitting in a warehouse and the chip is many versions out of date, sell them for pennies". They look like generic microboards for use in whatever.

A style of soap holder where you stab a jagged piece of metal into the soap, that connects to a magnet with a suction cup. I'm sure it's definitely not going to rust straight away, making it a fun tetanus generator when your Irish Springs gets too thin.

Also, rust and tetanus don't really have anything to do with each other. The bacteria are mainly found in soil and manure. Pretty sure the connection between rust and tetanus mainly comes from farmers jabbing themselves on rusty tools they just dragged through soil so they picked up the bacteria.

Tetanus is also anaerobic, so it's more likely to be an issue with deep puncture wounds rather than surface scratches. If you're an adult, remember to get a Tdap booster shot every 10 years! You get a sore arm for a day or two, but you don't get diphtheria, tetanus, or whooping cough, all of which you really don't want!

Place bet now! what am I likely to get in '1 to 10 days' from ordering this: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005004151665550.html I guess it'll turn out to be a much smaller peltier cooled model, rather than an actual compressor model, but at £16 all in, it's still cheaper than a non powered coolbox, so at the very least I can fill it with coolblocks for days out in my van.

They can’t ship that big thing for that price. Just a scam or mislabeled. You can actually now in the US get a decent 12v cooker for 100-150 Amazon

just checking the cooler order, and noticed that one of my other recent orders unexpectedly said 'closed' and on checking it has this: which is a new one on me, but on checking my bank, I have indeed had the refund: weird, anyone had similar? The store is still active, so did they just forget to send my order ?

One time that happened to me and it turned out I had a bunch of frantic messages from the seller asking me to cancel my order because they didn't have the stuff, but I'd never noticed it because it was all sent to some weird secondary inbox only accessible on desktop that didn't notify me in any way.

Something really annoying that Wish.com have started to do is deliver stuff to a store close to my location to pickup. That's fine on it's own, but they send a random txt to my phone with what looks like a delivery confirmation scam link to click to get a QR for the store to scan.
