My latest order  I wanted to make an electronic lock for my garden gate, and "ATM" is my aesthetic. No datasheet so I'll just need to figure out the matrix pinout myself.

Yeah, Combined Delivery has been the standard for a while now. Sometimes it can bite you in the rear end when multiple packages are waiting to be combined and one straggler is holding up the whole shipment. In other Ali news, they're discontinuing the Freebies in early June. I won some cool things that way, found some good stores, and even bought a couple things outright when the freebie got lost in the mail.

So close to pulling the trigger on some Jinhao fountain pens. Reviews have been shockingly good for literally sub-10$ fountain pens. They make a Parker 51 clone that seems almost indistinguishable.

My newest pet peeve is that they have fake entries just get the "free shipping" flag and mess up the search. Example Item price, 6 bux, shipping from Chin, 2 bux But they include an option from a different ship from country, with item priced at 20 and shipping free. Now when I turn on the "free shipping" filter, this stupid listing still show up.

I’ve only ever used cartridges with my Lamy Safari, and it has a converter, so with the jinhaos coming I’d like to try some bottled ink. Hoping they have a flight of tiny sampler bottles.

Fuckin aliexpress: I bought a cheap bike pump that took 3 months to arrive (a single day before the dispute ended).
