(lol lmao) they still wouldn't need to eliminate the filibuster b/c all they'd need to do is indicate they're willing to give up the legislative equivalent of used chewing gum and Joe Biden and Democratic party leadership will be falling over themselves to sign on to a "bipartisan" initiative
