Just won't happen in Baltimore. I think Hollywood is the only Ravens 1st round receiver to ever make it out of Baltimore and not be considered a complete joke. Mark Clayton was actually doing real well with the Rams in 2010 before breaking his leg and basically ending his career. Could have been interesting to watch. Reading this in contrast with the Watson stuff is crazy. Teams will bend over backwards to protect a guy doing what Watson was doing until they can't but will tear a guy down like Russell the instant he shows any sort of human flaw that could impact his ability to play. I also remember when Jay Cutler went out in that NFC Championship that one year in 2010 after messing up his leg during the game. And from the commentary afterward you'd think he had broken some sacred commandment and was now going TO HELL!!!! When before that it was all about he overcame his diabetes to play in the NFL.
