Pretty sure I have told the euro Capri story where people would buy them and stick them I a ditch within hours. My old man was a mechanics apprentice when they were being manufactured and got given the insurance estimate jobs. Had a 2.8i JPS come in one time and found a severed leg in the back which the police promptly came to collect. Great looking cars, handled like a drunk cow.

I help out some local friends that run an Alcohol Funny car in NHRA and Funny Car Chaos events. We also have an altered body for it to run some match races here and there. The father has been running funny cars since the 90s but the son hasn't driven anything since he was a kid in a junior (he's probably in his 40s now) Anyways, he's built himself a fuel altered and is working on his licensing runs. We've made a few 330 hits in it now. Here is the first one.  Last weekend I had delicious bbq meat from this converted fire engine. The length of the tank has been converted in order to cook in. This is hella cool and I wish they still made cars this with crazy poo poo like this. It's a Skoda Felicia Fun btw, an econobox turned into this pickup thingy.  Very 90s. Perfect for a country with no palm trees or anywhere to surf.

My grandfather passed away about 15 years ago and in his last year, he would just send me home with boxes of random poo poo. Most of it I ended up going through and keeping what I wanted and chucked the rest but there were a few boxes I never opened until today. The one car related thing I found was this, which I think is actually an original print because I can’t find out poo poo about it other than it’s been reprinted with a different cover.
