It's just like a dry year except there is more grass and stuff in the forests to dry out and eventually catch on fire.

That reminded me of one of the funniest parts of Harvey; after the flood waters receded people discovered gashes in their car roofs or hoods because people in motor boats had sailed over them and got them with the propeller.
