My take is that the muggers get their victim's intelligence & personality, but with them being subservient to the mugger individual's interests. Since this kind of requires the muggers to get their victim's memories, the exact deep-down workings of the mind-mugging get a bit uncertain

In this update, Yoshida has an idea.       Funnily enough, I used to be in similar situation as the elderly couple on the last page. The first apartment I lived in when I was working in China was street facing. Below me, there was an office of indeterminate purpose that would line up its workers pretty much right under my bedroom window every morning and have them shout motivational chants. I couldn't make out a fair bit of it, but the most commonly repeated phrase was "I'LL HELP YOU, I'll HELP YOU!" ("Wo bang ni, wo bang ni). Bonus pages:    Coughamericanstateflagscough

I hate the 'rapidly looking from side to side' head, it always looks bizarre and wrong. This one is especially bad, it looks like he has 2 conjoined heads that are splitting open to reveal a new half formed head inside. Why is he even doing it? Wow 2 people? Free sample man can only cope with 1 at a time.
