The Bolsheviks were very actively opposed to Great Russian chauvinism. Even if you want to cosplay as them while promoting American patriotism, you'd still have to be extremely critical of white supremacy. I guess fly this flag instead of the traditional colors if you want to use a familiar iconography.  I may just be describing the goal of Nikole Hannah-Jones with the 1619 Project now. Her whole thing was creating a redemption narrative across US history to justify patriotism today.
