I'd say armor considering we already had one character incapacitated, next time it might not be on someone with regrowing lightning limbs.

Armor I say, weapons are easier in general to come by, and can be upgraded whenever you find a Spirit, but Armor you're only really gonna find rarely as rewards, and you certainly won't find enough to kit out your entire company with naturally.

from what i've experienced everyone gets a "DONT DIE YET" prompt but i havent had that proc from a crit so maybe they don't all get that chance armor can be VERY hard to find from random loot

It's upgrade time! Rath gets new threads. A nice boost to block and some warding.  I'm short on materials to get the warriors the same armour, so Anmos gets tier 2 knight armour. This is because he's always leaping into danger.  While Ciara gets something that massively improves her block, playing into her shield.  Yvilde already has fancy armour, so she gets a better bow – more range and more damage.  The story transports us back in time.  People always have to be messing with things they don't understand.  We fade into our current mad scientist, and Ciara is looking nice and warm in here new duds.  It looks like the band is back together. Also could you not have mentioned this to her Anmos? If that is who you really are!  The old foe is back. And they seem to be multiplying.  The Griffons of the Copperpot Myth have had a nice decade off, now it's time to get back out there.  Fawn has another visitor it seems, one who waited for our heroes to leave before making themselves known.  Another blue glowing Morgathai, able to talk, and willing to talk with Fawn. The camera fades out on mystery.  Things will be more dangerous now.  The world is larger now, we will need to range into the new lands – once more we need to clear the Morgathai before moving on to where ever they are coming from. We also have the opportunity to recruit a new person – shall we, and if we do, what class shall we go for?

Always found it's easier to double on Hunters. Mages tend to fight for things to infuse.

 On our way to the recruitment, something interesting happens. We get a random oppertunity mission.  Yvilde seems to have forgotten she is an actual hero, and is sneaking around at night playing make believe.  Yeah, why are you wandering around at night?  Do we send Yvilde off alone or with a party memeber? A bit of a micro update, but this could be an interesting choice. I'll do a proper one tomorrow.

 Anmos is to join them, and where Anmos goes, Ciara follows.  Thankfully, the quest is in the same direction.  Yvilde, are you the bad guy?  Have you guys not seen Rath? Or Amnos? Your messing around with another alter?  This is not getting much better, is it.  You know, Yvilde, you brought us here, you supply the blood.  Oh well, maybe that's for the best.....  Never mind.  ….. Yes. Yes we did.  Yvilde starts the fight by taking off a third of the monsters health.  Anmos' new arm has some interesting effects – so let's try them out!  Take that!  Ciara also has a new power.  Oh yeah! Remember who summoned who!  The demon tries to flee, but it cannot flee far enough to escape the Griffons of the Copperpot Myth.  Ciara upgrades her new armour – less block, but more straight damage reduction and spell reduction.  Yvilde claims a strap to get more accuracy.  Where did you find this ritual?  Oh well, here we go with round two!  Ready arms!  Well that's anti-climatic.  I get the feeling Yvilde is never going to live this one down.  Aww, poor little demon.  This does get Yvilde a level – and plus ten to her retirement age! I got for through shot – bard is tempting, but doesn't fit the character. We then move on to recruiting our new mage.  It's to meet Lark.  She's got a spark at least!  Lark has not gotten to the story that Ciara scared a god drat demon away, and immediately punches one of the strongest heroes in the land in the face.  A fight begins.  Well, that's one way to get yourself recruited.  Larks expression says “Aww, I wanted to be a warrior.” Sorry Lark, it's mystic to you.  That's a snazzy sythe you have, you can be an Naturalist. Now we have done all that, we can get back to saving the world!

Man, I love this game  I haven’t played it much lately since I’ve been mostly on my Switch… so it’s lucky it’ll get a Switch port!And everything about that demon summoning auest was just 10/10.

 I get all of three steps towards the scouting mission before another oppertunity comes up. It seems that Yvilde is still upset after her "failed" demon summonging, and Ciara thinks she can sort this.  This tale starts in a tavern of course.  Of course the warrior thinks everything can be solved by exersise. at least it's not more blood magic!  At least its not more blood magic - I was worried from the stories title! So! Do we force Yivilde to go do a training montage or not? If we do, who should we take along as the third person?
