I've been running through Voxel Doom on my phone with a Razer Kishi and gyro aiming with Delta Touch. After so many years of struggling with controller aiming, motion really helps and I was able to do my first mouse-less UV E1 run. The dev behind Delta Touch has ported a bunch of other old shooters to Android too with Quad Touch and Zeta Touch for the Quakes and Build engine. Zeta Touch is free but the other 2 are paid. I want to look into the HL2 Android port but it seems like a pain in the rear end to get set up.

It's probably strictly a Steam thing, because the Epic Games Store has no separate entry for Minerva's Den, so it is included with Bioshock 2. Edit: EGS had a giveaway for the Bioshock Collection earlier this year, I had completely forgotten I own it on there lol

You can install them via the Dolphin app manager. ZDL is also available for Linux, but I haven't grabbed it yet since I just found out it's available there too and it should make managing all the ports way easier.

third person shooters are fine, cover shooters are bad dead space, re4, all of remedy's games, essentially all of the GTAs + RDR, MDK, the recent RE remakes. All great also hedon owns

cover shooters probably wouldnt be as bad if the enemy ai had any sophistication at all and didnt just sit behind one piece of cover until you killed them via whack a mole like imagine them having like FEAR ai, that would probably be really fun
