Really Nebraska does have a lot going for it mostly because it is in the Big Ten. In a couple years if you aren't coaching in the Big Ten or SEC you are really just coaching at a mid major. This isn't a shot at other conferences and schools or even a post about the Big Ten. It is just the way the money is flowing. We are heading towards the mega conferences and if you want to be a top NCAA coach you have to coach in one of those. Everything else is intramurals, brother.

I don't think Urban is realistic, I think the job is below him. I really doubt Fleck would leave Minnesota to go to another Big Ten West team. That said, I don't want either of them. I don't know who I want, but it's not them.
