The Steelers did the team a big favour by being crap and giving them a quasi rest week prior to the most important game of the season. There's still Marquez Steveson and Ike Boettger to come off IR, plus Hyde, Doyle and Crowder done for the season. Not sure if there's room for Andre Smith once he comes of the naught step.

Just watched Dolphins/Jets. Zach Wilson looked like a quarterback that would be described as a "promising rookie" if it was his first NFL game. So, a massive leap forward and above my expectations for him, although he wasn't asked to do a ton. And obviously his arm looks great. The Dolphins looked pretty lovely but the final score was a bit misleading. I didn't think Skylar looked all that different from how I'd expect Bridgewater to look. Been thinking about workshopping a broad hot take about Garrett Wilson since he didn't do anything in this one game I watched. Will continue to monitor the situation.

I’m pretty sure there isn’t an applebee’s inside city limits, but the stadium is in orchard park. Toronto isn't that far away if players really wanted to get away but the truth is the Bills players really do genuinely like each other and actually choose to hang around and play ping pong and sing karaoke and hang out together. I give McDermott credit for it, although it could be a happy accident, but the players at this point are the driving force of practically everything including the culture/swagger of the team.
