I don't understand why 70% of all Twitter videos I see only play for five seconds and then go into a buffering loop endlessly. This happens on all my browsers on two different computers but my friends say they don't have this issue. This isn't the place to ask for why this is happening -- the Twitter videos are not so important that they really interfere with my day by not seeing them -- but it's bizarre and frustrating every time it happens. Because I sit here like a jerk starting at a spinning circle because my 56k upbringing conditioned this behavior in me.

It's in discord as well, my best guess is that twitter wants to drive traffic to their website/app and so they only allow _mb of content to be displayed offsite.
