^^^ I used to play Scarlet Witch alongside Magik and occasionally delete my own Limbo to steal wins from people who thought they could spread their combo across turns 6 and 7. By the time she moves the game is over and you can't refill her spot. Angela is definitely a top tier card though. If you doubt, compare her to Wolfsbane. Wolfsbane costs 3, can't be buffed above 7, and requires that you fill the lane beforehand so she effectively winds up competing with 4-costs or higher. Angela costs 2, plays on 2, doesn't require a full lane commitment to play, and with bounce or move effects can gain more power. Made a move deck and it can be hard to play but fun when the plan comes together. A lot of matches end with me just going gently caress it lets drop heimdall and see what happens and then its a nice surprise if i win

Can't get over how good the visual and sound design is even on dinky little cards. If you pick up Hawkeye and hover him over the field he shoots arrows at the enemy nameplate, it's great. And it's done well in service of gameplay, like Cosmo barking at you when you're about to play a card in his lane to remind you of his effect

One UI thing I'd like to have is when I hover a card above the board, the game should hilight all the targets/affected cards. For example, hovering Kazar would hilight all my 1-cost cards, and hovering Enchantress would hilight all the enemy cards with an Ongoing effect.

Legends of Runeterra has a really nice feature where you can preview what the effects of playing a given card will be. Given how complex the math can sometimes be in this game I'd love to see a similar feature eventually.

Nothing to nerf the interaction, but Magik now being unplayable on 6 is a hit to the Sera decks that would drop Sera on 5, Magik plus 3-drop on 6 and then explode on turn 7. They can still do their big turn 7, but now they have to play Magik at full price and on curve so they lose the 3-drop (which was often Bishop, who also took a hit). I think I’m finally figuring out account progression. I found out the hard way higher rarity cards drop boosters less frequently, so I maxed anything I had above Rare to get the split grey. Now I’m slotting a couple greys in an otherwise Rare+ deck, grinding till around 155 boosters and bumping them two levels to Rare so they’ll drop less. When I’m ready for more of that character I max/split and repeat with the grey copy. Am I missing anything?

I guess it's something to give you some direction though, it's fun to optimize. Yeah I don't think you really need to overthink it beyond that. I'm very pleased my first Infinity split card was Nightcrawler though because it's a fun and versatile 1-drop so I get to play it all the time

I’m pretty sure it’s not a big deal. Boosters will eventually drop, credits are the holdup. But I figure if I can get into good habits early it might save me some pain when I’m 3000+ levels deep chasing that awesome pool 3 card that just won’t drop. Nightcrawler rules and was my first split too! Now I’ve got Ant-Man who I’m very happy with, and Punisher who was probably not the best choice. Thinking of doing Ka-Zar next.
