We have some nice little scrapes at about 9:30 where my wife's rings periodically scratch up the wheel.

That chick has to be dripping wet after that stunning display of machismo. Guy probably just spent a shitload of money on that driveway and now finding out it's slippery as poo poo when wet. If that's the case, I'd throw a girlish hissy fit too.

It's not just cheap cameras, it's everything, dependant on refresh rate/shutter speed, just that high end cameras have more tools to get around it.

It's because LEDs aren't on continuously. They're switched on and off rapidly to control their brightness. Your eyes can't pick it up, but cameras can because they also do not operate continuously - they take a series of still pictures and it results in strobing effects when the rates don't match.

The hotness everyone wants is the first gen 260RS - RB26DETT and 5sp AWD GT-R drive train.

They're still cheaper than a GT-R but rapidly going up too.

If you just want a practical daily/hauler, get the second gen 3.5l in your choice of RWD or AWD.

Pictured is a 250 RS - 2.5l single turbo, but don't bother. Auto-only, considered a bit fragile, the 3.5l is more reliable and the same horsepower, and considerably easier to service if you live in the US, since it's just a G35 wagon.

Yeah, I mentioned a variation of that engine in my edit.
Probably the most expensive/rare option, though.
As cool as that would be, I'd like to drive the thing and not worry *too* much about it.

When I was a kid, we were on vacation in Florida and passed one of these on the highway. What was obviously a very large man hunched over the wheel, engine just screaming, doing about 40 mph. This would have been about 1986, 10 years before the Simpsons gag. One of the most ridiculous vehicles I've ever seen in motion.

Stageas are way, WAY overpriced for what they are, plus those of us in the US are stuck with the first gens, not even the series 2 of the first gen is available yet. 25 year rule is iron-clad and the Feds WILL catch you if you break it.

I took a look and even the boring-rear end non-turbo ones legal for import in the USA are blindingly overpriced because "Skyline wagon".

Depends on her style, but these Isotoner gloves look nice. Grippy suede, fleece lined, water resistant, touchscreen compatible, cute little buttons. Could match well with brown suede boots or a brown purse.
