It's not just cheap cameras, it's everything, dependant on refresh rate/shutter speed, just that high end cameras have more tools to get around it.

They're switched on and off rapidly to control their brightness. Your eyes can't pick it up, but cameras can because they also do not operate continuously - they take a series of still pictures and it results in strobing effects when the rates don't match.

Auto-only, considered a bit fragile, the 3.5l is more reliable and the same horsepower, and considerably easier to service if you live in the US, since it's just a G35 wagon. The boot is cavernous:

I took a look and even the boring-rear end non-turbo ones legal for import in the USA are blindingly overpriced because "Skyline wagon".
