Yeah the equipment changes lead to the downfall of a lot of goalies, Murray for sure has problems with the holes between his arms and body and that's 100% on pad/jersey size.Hand Knit posted:Murderer’s row for sure. I was a little disappointed hearing the boos. I thought Isles fans were supposed to be the fun New York fans. Maybe getting another new barn sucked it out of them. It was the Magic of the Coliseum. Or something something, "change at Jamaica".

Goddamn that reminds me, the Rangers do a Stephen MacDonald award every year for the guy voted by his teammates for going above and beyond in effort etc. I think Lundqvist won it a lot, Jesper Fast used to win it, etc. It was setup and named for a cop who was shot and paralyzed, and when he was alive and did the presentations it was pretty low key for some cop worship poo poo. Then he died and his son took over presenting the award and during the height of the Black Lives Matter protests he did the presentation and it was...loving cringe and awful. Like shouting about cops protecting people and thin blue line rhetoric. Probably is still terrible to this day but I don't think I watched it live again in the past few years
