I hope we can arrive at a solution that also stops them from sending drone stop Russia to terrorize Ukraine. Replacing the regime->Stopping the support of the war effort -> easing/dropping sanctions -> normalizing relations It's such a long shot pipe dream, with so many people wanting the opposite, but I really hope we can build a better future.

They're using the execution threat to scare people off from protesting, but I cant imagine they start going through with it. There are prominent entertainers that have already been sentenced to death, but actually executing beloved persons is not going to help their cause (imho). So the threat is "if you protest, you are doomed" because they sentence you to death; and even if you arent executed, you're hosed.
