There's a difference between Mark Davis having money and the Raiders as an organisation being cash poor.

All player money basically sits in escrow iirc plus all of the money they're paying out to former coaches. Can't imagine they're broke but having a couple hundred mill sitting there would put a dent in your liquidity.

The Raiders are worth around 5 billion dollars. If he really needs cash he can get some whenever he wants.

I don’t know why people think it’s so wild that a guy doesn’t want to leverage himself against the one actual asset he has and eat into his cash flows just to pay a guy tens of millions to not work for him anymore.

Sure, he could, but it’s not hard to see why he wouldn’t want to.

Well, you know, getting someone better does seem to be in the realm of possibility if we're imagining this.

He's stuck with McDaniels for at least another year or two I think, he has to hope it works.

Hey look I agree. I'm not saying Davis can't get money.

Im saying it exists within the realm of possibility the teams liquidity isn't conducive to losing another whatever million dollars paying out mcdaniels.

Particularly if he's dumb enough to think Mcdaniels can turn it around

Orange is a top tier color so, no, wrong

The worst uniforms in recent memory were the Cardinals cosplaying as the Falcons, imo. Worst all time is probably the Steelers bumblebees

Those bumblebees. Wow. I remember them well. Bad.

Orange is good sometimes. I like the Browns orange a lot. Something about the mixture of the Broncos colors and how they put those colors on their jerseys and so forth... just never has done me right.

Just keep looking at what we're doing, keep watering and ask yourselves first and know 'Are you watering? And are you fertilizing every day?' So when it's time to pop, it'll pop.
I watched a movie late last night where the credits were in the Oilers' old color scheme. I dunno how that team went from having some of the best colors of all time to some of the worst without anyone pumping the breaks or trying to bring the old scheme back at some point

They already wore them once this year in week 5 and they’re wearing them again in two weeks on TNF against the Bills. They should definitely have those full time.

The Pats game doesn't technically count as TNF, as Thanksgiving games predate TNF. Their opponents (Bills) for TNF are also playing Thanksgiving
