also get on the Masataka Yoshida train now before it leaves the station, the dude is GOOD. he is extremely liable to sign a sweetheart deal to get to play on the same team as Bryce Harper, though

LaMonte Wade and Mike Yastrzemski are cool and all but Zaidi is definitely under pressure to sign a star this offseason.

If Judge leaves the Yankees it will because he wants to play closer to home, he's pissed at Cashman or the Giants offer him more cash, not because he was booed a few times after having a complete no show performance in the playoffs.

The Yankees were never in on the SS class because they have a bunch of middle infield rookies they really like and have been planning to give a look now and abandoning that to sign whatever expensive toy is available out of a panic move is bad management.

Only if the middle infield prospects rot in the minors. If you can't fill the holes you want in FA, you could trade those guys and sign the best players still available ( Carlos Correa and Andrew Heaney)

Ya I'm only being half serious at best. But I also think the Yankees need 3 infielders since Rizzo and Lemahieu are their only good ones and neither should be in the field every day at this point. You can sign one of those infielders and still play both prospects (or trade one for an outfielder if Judge bolts).
