There's no marginal costs to him, not even in network usage since noone is in range to use those satellites when they pass over Ukraine, other than Ukranians. Basically record industry tactics. I have built EVs with my own two hands at a real auto maker and let me tell you, Tesla is hosed. People who knows how to make cars are making more and more of these, better quality, for less money.

EVs tend to use bigger cells than 18650s but yeah, same idea tesla was talking about using 46800s but i dunno if those are actually in use yet
