Not only does Houston still have power and water, check out the traffic It is literally freezing cold outside but the roads are still open and moving at posted limits. last year caught us slipping and we will never let it happen again. One bad experience with cold and we can handle it from then on out. Northern cities BTFO by Houston yet again
