I bought a large Cosori air fryer and I'm absolutely nuts for it. Made incredible wings and brussel sprouts with no effort. Dijon crusted salmon in like 8 minutes. Both crispy and juicy. Dunno when I'm gonna use my oven again...

Slimy Hog posted:How do you like Middara? I saw it at the last GenCon I went to and it seemed cool, but it was too pricey for me. Haven't played it yet, just finished unboxing, sleeving, and assembling the folded space insert for it. Looking for others locally to me who are interested in playing due to it requiring the use of all 4 characters regardless of solo or multiplayer. If the price put you off, SP had the entire thing put together in Tabletop Sim because they want as many people to play their game as possible. It's up for a free steam workshop download there, and you can find people to play in their discord. I just prefer meatspace play. Dick Trauma posted:The femur implant goes way deeper than I expected. This is a relatively short stem primary hip replacement; you should see what revision stems look like! There is also something called a PFR( proximal femoral replacement), which as you’d expect, replaces the entire proximal part of the femur instead of just being a stem in the canal.

They look super pretty and at that price seems like it’d at the very least be the equivalent of a pricy wa decoration, so it’d be a bonus if it’s sounds like a not-$200 guitar. Their Fender copies are all pretty basic but overall good. Easily a match for the low-end Squier stuff at about 2/3 the price. The Prince Madcat Tele copy they do is excellent, at least the one I have. There are fancier Teles, Strats, and Jazzmaster types that I'm not familiar with. Not into the flame tops and binding on Fender-types, the Madcat being an exception. Their Gibson copies match up well against Epiphone, again at a fraction of the price. I have a hollowbody and two of the Les Pauls, and all three have exceeded what I expected for the price. Biggest issue on them is finish flaws, typically paint issues or rough spots on binding. All of the recent ones I've gotten have had great fretwork and played really well out of the box, which makes up for any of the mild finish issues. The pickups and electronics are also kind of meh, but none of them have been bad enough I wanted to swap them. Amazon currently has their hollowbodies, but their website has the majority. https://www.guitarsgarden.com

Klipsch “The Fives” bookshelf speakers for my little vinyl setup. Hopefully they don’t suck.

I bought a pair of those Klipsch and ended up returning them. They sounded raspy and just weird. Too much signal processing for my ears.

The real trick to finding good hifi speakers is to get a pair from a garage sale There are just scads of quality speakers out there that haven’t been used since the 70s taking up space in some dude’s basement

I’m glad! All I’ve ever had are cheap solid state Marshall’s so I decided to finally pull the trigger on a tube. This one was my favorite sounding and when it turned out everywhere in my city was out I found it online for mega-cheap compared to the others I was comparing it to. Stars aligned for this amp, stoked to get it delivered tomorrow.

A book, from 1932 It's about making fireplaces. Typically masonry heaters of the contraflow style. There's a 1948 sequel to this by the same author I also want. It's in finnish and boy howdy my finnish sucks. I live in Finland sure, but in an extremely swedish part of it and it's too easy to by in english when elsewhere... Think of me as a french speaking Québécois or something. I'm really interested in what info it might contain though so I'm hoping deciphering it will improve my finnish skills.
