Pulled off an Electro-Viper in the very first game into a Death-Wave. Fun times. There is a visual bug where your hand is electrified even after you donate the Electro.

Turn 5 Hobgoblin on Bar Sinister is pretty great, and I think as long as you flip first, it can't backfire by the other player filling their side first. I got stuck with one Hobgoblin vs the four that went over the line, that gave me room for 3x Turn-6 Spectrums to tie up the middle lane.

That Magneto deck I posted earlier doesn't win a lot, but it does force many retreats. Especially if they White Queen and I'm holding Hobgoblin and Daredevil is down.

Man, I exclusively am running into Sera Surfer decks now and I really wish I had Brood because that seems to be a fairly necessary card to play with it. Edit: Just realized I have been playing for a half hour and haven't finished my "Win twice" daily mission.

Hit my goal for the season: 80.  I think this deck is identical to what I posted earlier. quote:# (1) The Hood I really like this deck and this style of play. I’ve never enjoyed playing surfer even though I know it’s powerful because it’s not very interactive. Surfer seems to just be about knowing howmuch power you can pump out and have a good idea of what they can do. This deck is extremely interactive since most of the best interactive cards cost 4 and Zabu allows you to play a lot of them. All at once. Moon Girl has been amazing for setting up a lot of unexpected double plays in all kinds of situations. Even without Zabu, Moon Girl into skip 5 into 2x She Hulk + a 4 or even Moon Girl on 5 into Double Demon + a 4 is pretty good. A big trick I’ve had to learn is hand management so that I get 2 of the good cards. Sometimes the correct play is throwing something away alongside Moon Girl to put the good stuff to the front of the line. One trick I’ve learned is you can throw away Enchantress or Shang Chi but if Absorbing Man is in hand you can still get their effect next turn if you order plays correctly. I’ve also had to get better at knowing when to skip 5 so I can fall behind so that Enchantress or Shang Chi hits on 6 once opponent’s revealed. This has become a great way to surprise kill various Surfer beneficiaries.

That combo relies on 3 specific cards with no backup. If you want to do something like cheat out big cards, you need to go all in. Jubilee, Lockjaw, Wave, more than one big 6 drop, Dracula to double up, etc.

I’m getting bored with the sera surfer decks, movement hasn’t had new cards for that in ages, and I don’t have hela yet to make a discard deck worthwhile. Need a good option that has red skull and/or mysterio as they’re my newest cards.
