I used to be very pedagogical and always showed my coworkers how to do [task], but since no one seems to be able to retain knowledge about even the most basic stuff, in the long run it's faster for me to do it as fast as I can, because I *will* have to do it again and again and again even if I try to explain. I call this "the grandma theorem".
