The winter-related forced pause on flying is ending here. Last week I had my upset recovery training. We were doing close to 4G in our failed looping attempt afterwards. Really quite a unique feeling. Got a little queasy but I kind of want more

Uh this worked out ok last time so I'll try again Looking for a flight going round trip from CLT to ICN in early April, but specifically on a 747, since I've never flown on one. Slightly flexible on dates and times. Only one leg needs to be on a 747 Thoughts?

There's also a chance on KAL that you might be flying the *last* commercial 747 built for passenger use, HL7644. Going by plane spotters, it seems it pulls more duty flying between Korea and China, but it has been spotted at LAX.

i am supposed to be connecting through Atlanta tomorrow evening, but they have a wind advisory in the afternoon - winds 20-25mph, possible gusts up to 45mph, diminishing in the evening. what wind speeds impact flight operations, should i expect issues in the evening for my connection?
