Yeah a big part of the problem with NFTs and blockchains in general is that they're an environmental disaster since operations involving them require a vast number of computers doing redundant work. Your TF2 hat collection is managed by a Valve in-house database instead of a blockchain, so it only needs 1 computer but can still do everything the NFT can

I submitted a ticket and it's been one week and no response and their live chat won't connect and the phone number says to use the live chat. has anyone had any luck dealing with Sony support? I might just go back to my old shady ways and do a Walmart switcharoo

E: I just got through to live chat and they said call the support number that I called earlier that said to use the live chat. How did Sony end up having the worst customer support?
