My wife listens to F1R the Girls religiously. Its more entertainment than analysis, but they have some interesting interviews/guests and is a fun listen.

also +1ing Shift F1, if you are new they do a very good job of including explanations of terms/rules/ect naturally as part of the flow of conversation. When I started watching races a couple years ago I also included listening to them and never felt I had to go look stuff up after but they also get deep into stuff that I still enjoy listening after getting much more familiar with things.
