(not that I've really kept up) We seem to know it returned to base, or at least, that it landed. I'd assume after that it got taken to a hanger and evaluated. I'm not sure at what point where there would be any propagandist who would know what condition the plane was in. Maybe someone at the airbase could have snapped a photo but I can totally understand why they wouldn't. Something may leak out but I'd assume that we won't really hear about the contain of the plane beyond any official Russian release.

That flight path of Forte10 is very unusual. 10, 11 and 12 spend ages over the Black Sea. It's either doing something specific over Romania or russia has spooked USA with that drone knockout. I'm leaning to the later tbh. Give it a week and it will probably be back to normal.

No they really don't have to be that close at the height they fly to peek into Crimea. They have some good optics and many of them carry Synthetic Aperture Radar with crazy ranges.
