you can reheat pizza by pan frying for a little while and then drizzling water in the skillet and covering it. crispy bottom, soft melty top.

Yeah I kinda wish these theme cookbooks had some more weirdo recipes instead of just western cooking with some slightly irregular seasoning. At least Elder Scrolls had the seasoning recipes used throughout that we also used up in everyday stuff, too. The D&D Hero's Feast book is a bit worse about banal stuff but it did have this AFP:

I sell tropical plants, and today I worked a local orchid show for the first time since before COVID. The society hosting the shows provides lunch, but for some reason the lunch they provide always has a very high likelihood of being this menacing pinwheel sandwich from Costco: That's flatbread, turkey meat, swiss cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and blueberry cream cheese. Costco has other bulk sandwiches, even other pinwheel sandwiches, for the same price, but for some reason it's always this horrifying sweet cream cheese and turkey abomination. Why does this exist? I was mostly able to eat around the cream cheese.
