It'll be an incomplete mess. Jones' current attorney will plead to for either an extension or permission to withdraw from the case. A complete clownshow.

It's the court system, there will be some assistant to the court clerk who still uses the Pentium they got in FY 1996 (budgeting to get a computer without the FDIV bug got axed in FY 2001). But it has dual 5.25" and 3.5" floppy drives! (Realistically the local rules will demand it be submitted in a particular way in a particular format and if it doesn't the system will reject it and that's a problem for the party, not the court.)

It's the address of some of his properties, presumably ones he has for himself personally and probably one for his ex and kids which he maintains; there are three of them in the attached schedule. The rest of the info won't be under seal. The chutzpah of claiming this is breathtaking but that would require the smallest iota of self-awareness that I'm sure Jones does not possess.

Is that whole life insurance and the cash value is $375k? Term insurance and the value to the bankruptcy estate is zero since the beneficiary is not the estate and Jones isn't dead anyway? Who the gently caress knows! The easy stuff is the guns and the cat and his fridge, those are chattel that have a value you can eyeball. The not so easy stuff are all the business entities that mysteriously have no or indeterminate value. Or the non-tangible assets like a checking account. Bankruptcy courts are used to petitioners who are disorganized, liars, disorganized liars, fraudulently disorganized, lying frauds who are disorganized. The typical worst thing that can happen is that he's yeeted out of the system without a discharge, but he's not getting one for the biggest creditors anyway. Like if he has a signed memorandum explaining how he's gonna defraud everyone in the court then yeah, the court might be pissed enough to actually make that referral for a prosecution to the local AUSA. But otherwise it's gonna be a bunch of sanctions and everyone invited to the hearing where the judge screams at counsel for a few hours. The real goal is to make Jones cough up all his assets. If it's incredibly egregious then we can actually see contempt if he keeps "forgetting" where he mislaid a few million, but otherwise it means the US Trustee works overtime. The problem is if he actually has forgotten assets and it's not written down. If he has a bitcoin wallet and forgot the private key then that'll be something.
